I use a special tool called a crystal reiki grid to send you reiki continuously throughout your session, day and night. This means you don't need to do anything specific to receive the energy. It will flow to you no matter what you're doing, whether you're sleeping, working, watching TV, or anything else.
Here's how it works:
- I place your details in the crystal grid and infuse it with reiki energy.
- The crystals amplify the reiki and keep it flowing continuously.
- I work with several grids every day to ensure everyone receives the energy they need.
Optional Practices:
While you don't need to do anything specific to receive the reiki, some people find it helpful to:
- Drink more water: This helps your body conduct the reiki energy more effectively.
- Spend time relaxing: Take a few minutes each day to meditate, sit quietly, listen to music, or light a candle.
- Visualise the reiki: Imagine a white, golden, blue, or rainbow light surrounding and entering you.
Remember, these practices are completely optional. The reiki will flow to you regardless of what you choose to do.
